VOICES UNHEARD - CONSUMERS MATTER!

Millions of consumers are being left out of global tobacco and nicotine policy decisions. We are fighting to make sure our voices are heard and that harm reduction remains at the heart of public health strategies.

While policymakers and powerful interests like Michael Bloomberg and the World Health Organization (WHO) push for bans and restrictions, those most affected—adult smokers and vapers—are excluded from the conversation. The ongoing attacks on harm reduction, including calls for flavour bans, threaten to reverse progress and deny adults access to safer alternatives.

Our campaign spotlights this injustice. Through impactful actions like our lightshow and silent protest at the World Conference on Tobacco Control, we demand that consumers finally get a seat at the table. Only with evidence-based regulation and genuine inclusion can we achieve a smoke-free future.

With COP11 approaching, the future of harm reduction is at stake—and we will not stop fighting until consumers’ voices are heard and sensible, life-saving policies prevail.
