  • Advertising and Promotion: The bill proposes a complete ban on advertising and promoting vaping products, making it difficult for smokers to learn about safer alternatives.
  • Packaging Restrictions: Mandates plain packaging, which could mislead consumers into thinking that vaping products are as harmful as cigarettes.
  • Vaping in Public: Severe restrictions on where vaping is allowed, limiting personal freedom and making it harder for vapers to find suitable places to vape.
