  • Packaging Restrictions: Mandates plain packaging, which could mislead consumers into thinking that vaping products are as harmful as cigarettes.
  • Vaping in Public: Severe restrictions on where vaping is allowed, limiting personal freedom and making it harder for vapers to find suitable places to vape.
