World Vapers' Alliance (WVA) varnar f\u00f6r att Europeiska kommissionens agenda f\u00f6r \u2019b\u00e4ttre lagstiftning\u201c glider bort fr\u00e5n sitt syfte genom att \u00e5sidos\u00e4tta just de medborgare den p\u00e5st\u00e5r sig tj\u00e4na och anv\u00e4nda samr\u00e5d som gummist\u00e4mplar ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r bevis f\u00f6r att v\u00e4gleda beslutsfattandet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Som en del av\u00a0beg\u00e4ran om bevis<\/a>, generalsekretariatet konstaterar: \u201cKommissionens ramverk f\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre lagstiftning \u2013 som erk\u00e4nts som ett av de b\u00e4sta i v\u00e4rlden av OECD \u2013 \u00e4r en central tillg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r EU:s beslutsfattande. Kommissionens f\u00f6rslag m\u00e5ste forts\u00e4tta att baseras p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta tillg\u00e4ngliga bevis, bland annat genom samr\u00e5d med ber\u00f6rda intressenter, i syfte att uppn\u00e5 \u00f6nskade effekter i praktiken.<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n
