Artikel 6 i dokumentet visar att lagstiftarna f\u00f6resl\u00e5r en absurd skatteh\u00f6jning p\u00e5 0,20 euro per milliliter p\u00e5 e-v\u00e4tskor. F\u00f6respr\u00e5kare f\u00f6r skademinskning s\u00e4ger att detta \u00e4r en \u00e5tg\u00e4rd som skulle \u201cdramatiskt \u00f6ka priserna f\u00f6r konsumenter som anv\u00e4nder vaping som ett s\u00e4krare alternativ till r\u00f6kning\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>World Vapers&#039; Alliance och den kroatiska vapersorganisationen CHROM har b\u00e5da f\u00f6rd\u00f6mt skattef\u00f6rslagets inneh\u00e5ll och den f\u00f6rhastade processen som undergr\u00e4ver det demokratiska deltagandet.<\/p>\n<p>De s\u00e4ger att det var mycket oroande att den offentliga samr\u00e5dsperioden var extremt kort och bara varade i sju dagar, vilket kraftigt begr\u00e4nsade m\u00f6jligheten f\u00f6r konsumenter, h\u00e4lsoexperter och intresseorganisationer att organisera ett svar.<\/p>\n<p>CHROM genomf\u00f6rdes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/crohm.hr\/rezultati-ankete-utjecaj-trosarine-na-e-tekucine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">en unders\u00f6kning<\/a>\u00a0av vapers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medel\u00e5ldern f\u00f6r de svarande var 44 \u00e5r<\/li>\n<li>Det genomsnittliga antalet \u00e5r av r\u00f6kning innan man bytte till vape var 20 \u00e5r<\/li>\n<li>89,4% av respondenterna anv\u00e4nder uteslutande vapes<\/li>\n<li>11,6% av respondenterna var dubbla anv\u00e4ndare<\/li>\n<li>97% av respondenterna anv\u00e4nder e-v\u00e4tskor f\u00f6r p\u00e5fyllning<\/li>\n<li>86% anv\u00e4nd g\u00f6r-det-sj\u00e4lv-smaker + baser<\/li>\n<li>12% anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rdiga 10 ml e-v\u00e4tskor<\/li>\n<li>1.5% anv\u00e4nder eng\u00e5ngs e-cigaretter<\/li>\n<li>0.4% anv\u00e4nd uppv\u00e4rmd tobak (IQOS, Glo, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Om en skatt inf\u00f6rs, sa \u00f6ver 80% av de svarande att de skulle kringg\u00e5 den inhemska marknaden genom att handla online, k\u00f6pa utomlands eller anv\u00e4nda svarta marknaden.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4stan 1 av 5 respondenter sa att de troligen kommer att \u00e5terg\u00e5 till att r\u00f6ka cigaretter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, policychef p\u00e5 World Vapers&#039; Alliance, ber\u00e4ttade f\u00f6r Planet of the Vapes: \u2019<i>Denna skatt kommer att driva upp priserna, avskr\u00e4cka r\u00f6kare fr\u00e5n att byta till vaping och i slut\u00e4ndan kosta liv.
