COP10 har \u00e5terigen drabbats av en ny kontrovers efter skandalen som ledde till att den skjutits upp i november.<\/span><\/p>\n

Den f\u00f6rsta incidenten g\u00e4llde anklagelser i februari 2023 mot Reina Roa, samordnare f\u00f6r den nationella tobakskontrollkommissionen vid h\u00e4lsoministeriet (MINSA), som anklagades f\u00f6r ett brott relaterat till olaglig v\u00e4gran, underl\u00e5tenhet eller f\u00f6rsening av officiella arbetsuppgifter, vilket kan medf\u00f6ra f\u00e4ngelse eller b\u00f6ter.
