Den tr\u00e4dde i kraft den 6 maj 2011.<\/p>\n<p>I brevet f\u00f6rklaras att ett flertal studier som genomf\u00f6rts sedan f\u00f6rbudet tr\u00e4dde i kraft har visat den betydligt l\u00e4gre riskprofilen och nyttan av e-cigaretter f\u00f6r r\u00f6kavv\u00e4njning samt den l\u00e5ga h\u00e4lsorisken med nikotin.
