Detta f\u00f6ljdes av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2023\/10\/19\/is-the-european-commission-playing-dirty-to-push-its-nicotine-pouches-ban-agenda\/\">bevis<\/a> att kommissionen \u00e4r bedr\u00e4glig genom att planera att kringg\u00e5 parlamentarisk och offentlig granskning, l\u00f6sa s\u00e5dana fr\u00e5gor i hemlighet under COP-10-konferensen i Panama och sedan bara presentera dem f\u00f6r Europaparlamentet som en avklarad deal<\/p>\n<p>Bulgarien, Tjeckien, Cypern, Grekland, Italien, Rum\u00e4nien och Slovakien har offentliggjort ett gemensamt uttalande som framh\u00e4ver kommissionens \u00f6verg\u00e5ng fr\u00e5n den vanliga konsensusbaserade metoden till att anv\u00e4nda <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A12008E218\">Artikel 218 (9) i EUF-f\u00f6rdraget<\/a>.
