Den norska regeringen vill f\u00f6rbjuda n\u00e4tf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av snus, som en del av en ny tobaksstrategi, ett drag som experter av uppenbara sk\u00e4l kallar kontraproduktivt.<\/h4>\n
