Den nederl\u00e4ndska regeringen har inlett \u00e4nnu ett samr\u00e5d om smakf\u00f6rbud\u2026 men den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen vill man g\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin\u2026<\/p>\n

Det finns en v\u00e4xande r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r att nya drag fr\u00e5n Den holl\u00e4ndska regeringen inf\u00f6r ett smakf\u00f6rbud<\/a> kan leda till slutet f\u00f6r hela vape-industrin i Nederl\u00e4nderna.<\/p>\n

Ett offentligt samr\u00e5d om f\u00f6rslaget avslutades i september och alla blickar \u00e4r riktade mot vad politikerna ska g\u00f6ra h\u00e4rn\u00e4st. M\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r oroliga eftersom det nederl\u00e4ndska h\u00e4lsoministeriet vill inf\u00f6ra en gr\u00e4ns p\u00e5 endast 16 "godk\u00e4nda" \u00e4mnen som kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att skapa smaker.<\/p>\n

European Tobacco Harm Reduction Advocates (ETHRA) s\u00e4ger att \u00e5tg\u00e4rden i praktiken inneb\u00e4r ett totalt vape-f\u00f6rbud f\u00f6r landet. ETHRA sa:<\/p>\n

\u201c"I verkliga termer \u00e4r detta i huvudsak ett smygf\u00f6rbud mot alla e-v\u00e4tskor.".<\/p>\n

\u201c"Alla nuvarande e-v\u00e4tskor p\u00e5 marknaden, inklusive tobakssmaker, skulle f\u00f6rbjudas och nya smaker skulle beh\u00f6va utvecklas med endast de 16 godk\u00e4nda \u00e4mnena.".<\/p>\n

\u201cDetta skulle inte vara genomf\u00f6rbart f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon e-v\u00e4tsketillverkare och skulle signalera slutet f\u00f6r den lagliga vapingmarknaden i Nederl\u00e4nderna och \u00e4ven skapa ett mycket farligt prejudikat f\u00f6r resten av EU.\u201d<\/p>\n
