Concluzie<\/b><\/h4>\n

De\u0219i proiectul actual este deja profund defectuos, amendamentele lui Gobi\u0146\u0161 ar agrava semnificativ situa\u021bia prin reintroducerea unor m\u0103suri care nu au reu\u0219it deja s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 sprijin \u00een cadrul Consiliului.
