No entanto, outras recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es no \u00e2mbito das chamadas &quot;medidas prospectivas&quot; parecem ser pontos de disc\u00f3rdia.<\/p>\n<p>Essas medidas visam expandir ou intensificar as abordagens para restringir mais rigorosamente os produtos de nicotina. Elas incluiriam pol\u00edticas como restri\u00e7\u00f5es de sabor e aumentos de impostos, entre outras.
