{"id":641,"date":"2021-10-14T21:59:30","date_gmt":"2021-10-15T01:59:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cccwva.wpengine.com\/?p=641"},"modified":"2022-02-05T16:31:59","modified_gmt":"2022-02-05T21:31:59","slug":"the-2nd-edition-of-ride-to-vape-launched-in-rome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/pt\/the-2nd-edition-of-ride-to-vape-launched-in-rome\/","title":{"rendered":"A 2\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cRide to Vape\u201d foi lan\u00e7ada em Roma."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>No in\u00edcio deste ano, em 15 de setembro, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Fabricantes de Fumo Eletr\u00f4nico, pertencente \u00e0 Confindustria (ANAFE), lan\u00e7ou a 2\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o da turn\u00ea, com o objetivo de conscientizar sobre os riscos da proposta de lei tribut\u00e1ria nacional e da diretiva TED da UE.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>O foco da edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2021 \u00e9 a quest\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, mais especificamente, a insustentabilidade e a contraprodutividade do imposto sobre cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos proposto na It\u00e1lia e a proposta de Diretiva sobre Impostos Especiais de Consumo sobre o Tabaco (TED) da UE.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO aumento gradual, ano ap\u00f3s ano, durante tr\u00eas anos, da tributa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos \u2013 explica Roccatti \u2013 \u00e9 um completo absurdo, que amea\u00e7a levar \u00e0 ru\u00edna um setor j\u00e1 severamente afetado pela pandemia e que hoje conta com cerca de 45.000 funcion\u00e1rios, entre os setores direto e indireto. Embora o novo regime tribut\u00e1rio tenha sido suspenso at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2021, o novo aumento entrar\u00e1 em vigor no pr\u00f3ximo ano. Trata-se de uma regra realmente insensata, que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 afetar\u00e1 seriamente uma cadeia de suprimentos composta por pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas que representam um modelo de excel\u00eancia do Made in Italy no mundo, como tamb\u00e9m incentivar\u00e1 a prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado negro e o retorno aos cigarros tradicionais, cujo pre\u00e7o n\u00e3o deveria ter aumentado nem 11% no \u00faltimo ano \u2013 com a consequ\u00eancia de que, em alguns casos, os cigarros tradicionais seriam at\u00e9 mais baratos que os eletr\u00f4nicos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Com o apoio da LIAF (Liga Italiana Antitabagista), da IEVA (Alian\u00e7a Europeia Independente de Vape) e da Sigmagazine, a edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2021 do \u201cRide4Vape\u201d partir\u00e1 de Bolzano na segunda-feira, 20 de setembro.
