Defensores da redu\u00e7\u00e3o de danos afirmam que essa medida &quot;aumentaria drasticamente os pre\u00e7os para os consumidores que usam o cigarro eletr\u00f4nico como uma alternativa mais segura ao cigarro tradicional&quot;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>A Alian\u00e7a Mundial de Vapers e a associa\u00e7\u00e3o croata de vapers, CHROM, condenaram o conte\u00fado da proposta tribut\u00e1ria e o processo apressado que prejudica a participa\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>Eles afirmam que foi muito preocupante o fato de o per\u00edodo de consulta p\u00fablica ter sido extremamente curto, durando apenas sete dias, limitando severamente a oportunidade para consumidores, especialistas em sa\u00fade e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de defesa de direitos organizarem uma resposta.<\/p>\n<p>CHROM realizou\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/crohm.hr\/rezultati-ankete-utjecaj-trosarine-na-e-tekucine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">uma pesquisa<\/a>\u00a0de vapers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A idade m\u00e9dia dos participantes foi de 44 anos.<\/li>\n<li>O tempo m\u00e9dio de tabagismo antes da transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o uso de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos foi de 20 anos.<\/li>\n<li>89,41% dos entrevistados usam cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos exclusivamente.<\/li>\n<li>11,61 TP4T dos respondentes eram usu\u00e1rios duplos<\/li>\n<li>97% dos entrevistados usam l\u00edquidos para cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos para recarga.<\/li>\n<li>86% use sabores e bases DIY<\/li>\n<li>12% utiliza e-l\u00edquidos prontos de 10 ml.<\/li>\n<li>1.5% usar cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos descart\u00e1veis<\/li>\n<li>0.4% usar tabaco aquecido (IQOS, Glo, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Caso haja a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um imposto, mais de 801 mil entrevistados afirmaram que contornariam o mercado interno comprando online, no exterior ou no mercado negro.<\/li>\n<li>Quase 1 em cada 5 entrevistados disse que provavelmente voltar\u00e1 a fumar cigarros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Gerente de Pol\u00edticas da World Vapers&#039; Alliance, disse ao Planet of the Vapes: \u2019<i>Este imposto aumentar\u00e1 os pre\u00e7os, desencorajar\u00e1 os fumantes a migrarem para o cigarro eletr\u00f4nico e, em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia, custar\u00e1 vidas. O governo n\u00e3o s\u00f3 est\u00e1 caminhando na dire\u00e7\u00e3o errada ao tratar os usu\u00e1rios de cigarro eletr\u00f4nico como uma fonte de renda e priorizar a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos em detrimento da sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, como tamb\u00e9m nega aos cidad\u00e3os uma oportunidade justa de se manifestarem.
