Se aprovada nessa fase, ser\u00e1 assinada como lei pelo Presidente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client=safari&amp;sca_esv=7d5f0fdd92d02893&amp;rls=en&amp;q=Andrzej+Duda&amp;stick=H4sIAAAAAAAAAONgVuLWz9U3MDQqMs0uSH_EaMYt8PLHPWEp3UlrTl5jVOfiCs7IL3fNK8ksqRSS5GKDsvileLmQ9fEsYuVxzEspqkrNUnApTUkEAD9K2vpXAAAA&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=2ahUKEwi2xb_42qeJAxVvVUEAHRHsADsQzIcDKAB6BAgwEAE\">Andrzej Duda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aumentos acentuados e gradual<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o novo projeto de lei, o imposto especial de consumo sobre l\u00edquidos de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos aumentar\u00e1 drasticamente: 75% em 2025, 50% em 2026 e 25% em 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Vapes e outros dispositivos aquecidos ter\u00e3o um aumento de 50% em 2025, 20% em 2026 e 15% em 2027. Embora o uso do snus seja legal na Pol\u00f4nia, \u00e9 ilegal compr\u00e1-lo l\u00e1, por isso ele n\u00e3o est\u00e1 inclu\u00eddo na nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m haver\u00e1 aumento de impostos para produtos de tabaco.
