No entanto, embora a diretriz represente um momento crucial para a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, ela tamb\u00e9m evidencia os graves desafios de acessibilidade enfrentados pelos fumantes na \u00c1frica Subsaariana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A crise de acessibilidade na \u00c1frica<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar dos potenciais benef\u00edcios dessas diretrizes, a realidade para 77 milh\u00f5es de fumantes adultos na \u00c1frica Subsaariana \u00e9 sombria. Essa barreira financeira torna praticamente imposs\u00edvel para milh\u00f5es de fumantes o acesso a tratamentos eficazes para parar de fumar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A disparidade no acesso a tratamentos para o abandono do tabagismo \u00e9 um exemplo gritante das desigualdades de sa\u00fade mais amplas que persistem entre pa\u00edses de alta e baixa renda.
