Ela entrou em vigor em 6 de maio de 2011.<\/p>\n<p>A carta explica que in\u00fameros estudos realizados desde a entrada em vigor da proibi\u00e7\u00e3o demonstraram o perfil de risco significativamente menor e a utilidade dos cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos para o abandono do tabagismo, bem como o baixo risco \u00e0 sa\u00fade associado \u00e0 nicotina.
