A ag\u00eancia anunciou um<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/news-events\/press-announcements\/fda-doj-seek-permanent-injunctions-against-six-e-cigarette-manufacturers?utm_source=CTPTwitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=ctp-enforcement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comunicado de imprensa conjunto<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> com o Departamento de Justi\u00e7a na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, 18 de outubro.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo a FDA, \u201ccada um desses r\u00e9us deixou de apresentar pedidos de pr\u00e9-comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o para seus cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos e continuou a fabricar, vender e distribuir seus produtos ilegalmente, apesar do aviso anterior da FDA de que estavam violando a lei\u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pela primeira vez, o governo dos EUA est\u00e1 pedindo aos tribunais que impe\u00e7am permanentemente essas empresas de fabricar e vender seus pr\u00f3prios produtos de vaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essas empresas s\u00e3o pequenas lojas de vaporizadores, elas n\u00e3o representam nenhuma grande empresa aqui nos EUA que produza e venda esses produtos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em resposta, Amanda Wheeler, presidente da AVM, afirma: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cO Sr. King parece ter prazer em invadir pequenos neg\u00f3cios, mas ignora os milh\u00f5es de americanos que dependem de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos com nicotina para parar de fumar\u201d, ela continua, acrescentando: \u201cQuando voc\u00ea \u00e9 um proibicionista com um machado na m\u00e3o, tudo parece um barril de cerveja\u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infelizmente, com esse tipo de a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial em andamento, a \u00fanica coisa que resta a essas lojas \u00e9 fechar as portas.
