O projeto de lei or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria abrangente do Congresso, que dever\u00e1 ser votado ainda esta semana, introduzir\u00e1 uma medida que dar\u00e1 \u00e0 Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Alimentos e Medicamentos dos EUA (FDA) autoridade para regulamentar produtos de nicotina sint\u00e9tica como produtos de tabaco.<\/h5>\n

Em 15 de dezembro, a congressista de Nova Jersey, Mikie Sherrill introduzido<\/a> A Lei de Esclarecimento da Autoridade sobre a Nicotina de 2021, um projeto de lei bipartid\u00e1rio, concede \u00e0 Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Alimentos e Medicamentos dos EUA (FDA) a autoridade para regulamentar produtos de nicotina sint\u00e9tica, da mesma forma que regula os produtos de nicotina fabricados ou derivados do tabaco.
