Por ora, os Pa\u00edses Baixos adiaram a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de sabores por seis meses. A lei estava prevista para entrar em vigor em 1\u00ba de julho de 2022. O Conselho de Ministros holand\u00eas adiou a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da lei em mar\u00e7o de 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de sabores, aprovada no ano passado, permitir\u00e1 apenas a venda de produtos de vaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o com sabor de tabaco. Como parte da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o gabinete holand\u00eas aprovou a lista de ingredientes utilizados na produ\u00e7\u00e3o. De acordo com <\/span>Esigbond<\/span><\/a>, Segundo a associa\u00e7\u00e3o holandesa do setor de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos, a lista inclu\u00eda dois aromatizantes \u2013 isoforona e piridina \u2013 conhecidos por serem cancer\u00edgenos. Paralelamente ao debate de mar\u00e7o de 2022, a Alian\u00e7a Mundial de Cigarros Eletr\u00f4nicos (WVA) reuniu-se em Haia para instar os legisladores a se posicionarem contra a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de sabores em cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos. A WVA exibiu uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o art\u00edstica em frente ao Parlamento holand\u00eas com a mensagem simples: "os sabores ajudam os fumantes a parar de fumar". Pouco depois da manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o e da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Esigbond, foi anunciado o adiamento da proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de sabores em cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos na Holanda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
