Liza Katsiashvili, Gerente de Comunidade da WVA, se reunir\u00e1 nos pr\u00f3ximos meses com os participantes da Academia WVA 2021 para conversar sobre vaporizadores, ativismo e como a Academia WVA est\u00e1 ajudando uma nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de defensores do uso de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos a fazerem ouvir suas vozes. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Essa semana, Allison Boughner<\/a> Ela conta sua hist\u00f3ria e como est\u00e1 ajudando outras pessoas a parar de fumar atrav\u00e9s do uso de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p>\n

Qual \u00e9 a sua hist\u00f3ria com o vape?\u00a0<\/strong> Comecei a fumar aos 16 anos, aos 30 fumava um ma\u00e7o por dia e fui diagnosticada com trombose. Meu hematologista me aconselhou a parar de fumar. Tentei adesivos, goma de mascar e Chantix, sem sucesso. Minha chefe me apresentou ao cigarro eletr\u00f4nico porque tinha funcionado muito bem para ela e o marido dela. A primeira vez que usei um cigarro eletr\u00f4nico foi a \u00faltima vez que fumei um cigarro. Estou mais saud\u00e1vel, mais feliz e minha vida melhorou muito desde que finalmente consegui me libertar do cigarro. Oito anos sem fumar, tudo gra\u00e7as ao cigarro eletr\u00f4nico.<\/p>\n

Como o uso de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos mudou sua vida? <\/strong>Consigo respirar com facilidade, acompanhar meu filho de 14 anos sem me cansar e n\u00e3o tive nenhum problema de sa\u00fade desde que parei de fumar e comecei a usar cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos. Tamb\u00e9m trabalho no ramo h\u00e1 oito anos, ajudando outros fumantes a se adaptarem ao mundo dos cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p>\n

Qual foi a sua experi\u00eancia com a WVA Academy? O que voc\u00ea aprendeu? <\/strong>Aprendi a ter mais confian\u00e7a ao abordar pol\u00edticos e legisladores para discutir o vaping. Tamb\u00e9m pude perceber como est\u00e1 o cen\u00e1rio do vaping em outras partes do mundo. Consegui me conectar com muitas pessoas incr\u00edveis que tamb\u00e9m fizeram muito para ajudar esse setor. Isso \u00e9 realmente inspirador e me motiva a lutar ainda mais pelos direitos dos usu\u00e1rios de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p>\n

Por que voc\u00ea acha importante defender o uso de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos? <\/strong>Resumindo, o vaping realmente salvou minha vida. Farei tudo o que estiver ao meu alcance para salvar o vaping.
