Ta b\u0142\u0119dna polityka, zapocz\u0105tkowana tragicznym incydentem z waporyzatorem THC na czarnym rynku, tylko zaostrzy prawdziwy problem: nieuregulowany czarny rynek niebezpiecznych produkt\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

Bu\u0142garia ma ju\u017c najwy\u017cszy wska\u017anik palenia w UE, wynosz\u0105cy 37%, czyli o 50% wi\u0119cej ni\u017c \u015brednia unijna. Zamiast zaj\u0105\u0107 si\u0119 przyczyn\u0105 problemu \u2013 nielegalnymi i nieuregulowanymi produktami \u2013 rz\u0105d wybra\u0142 polityk\u0119, kt\u00f3ra zmusi doros\u0142ych vaper\u00f3w do powrotu do palenia lub wpadni\u0119cia w r\u0119ce diler\u00f3w na czarnym rynku.<\/p>\n
