Poprawki do tajwa\u0144skiej \u2018Ustawy o zapobieganiu zagro\u017ceniom zwi\u0105zanym z tytoniem\u2019, zakazuj\u0105ce produkt\u00f3w waporyzacyjnych i ograniczaj\u0105ce stosowanie podgrzewanego tytoniu, b\u0119d\u0105 mia\u0142y negatywny wp\u0142yw na zdrowie publiczne.<\/h3>\n

Znowelizowana ustawa o zapobieganiu zagro\u017ceniom wynikaj\u0105cym z palenia tytoniu<\/a> (\u83f8\u5bb3\u9632\u5236\u6cd5) zosta\u0142a zatwierdzona i zakazuje sprzeda\u017cy, produkcji i dostarczania produkt\u00f3w do waporyzacji. Ponadto ustawa podnosi minimalny wiek palenia z 18 do 20 lat, a liczba ostrze\u017ce\u0144 dotycz\u0105cych tytoniu wzro\u015bnie z 35% do 50% na paczkach papieros\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

Podgrzewane wyroby tytoniowe<\/a> (HTP) podlega\u0142yby bardziej rygorystycznym przepisom, a ich reklama by\u0142aby zakazana. Producenci lub importerzy HTP b\u0119d\u0105 musieli przedstawi\u0107 do wgl\u0105du raport z oceny ryzyka dla zdrowia, zanim otrzymaj\u0105 pozwolenie na ich sprzeda\u017c. Ka\u017cdy, kto zostanie przy\u0142apany na naruszeniu tych przepis\u00f3w, mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 ukarany wysok\u0105 kar\u0105 pieni\u0119\u017cn\u0105 w wysoko\u015bci 15 bilion\u00f3w NTTP (50 milion\u00f3w NT).<\/p>\n
