Ter compensatie werden de accijnzen op e-vloeistoffen in plaats daarvan verhoogd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c&quot;Minder schadelijke nicotineproducten worden gebruikt als onderhandelingsmiddel in gesprekken tussen lidstaten.
