Deze strategie\u00ebn leveren concrete resultaten op: het roken in Zweden is gedaald tot onder de 6%, en het evidence-based beleid van het VK heeft het aantal rokers naar het laagste niveau ooit gebracht. In plaats van te leren van het succes, verdubbelt ze haar focus op de boodschap van onthouding, aangewakkerd door particuliere lobbyisten tegen vapen en de politieke invloed van miljardairs zoals Michael Bloomberg.
