{"id":5239,"date":"2023-11-23T07:49:06","date_gmt":"2023-11-23T12:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=5239"},"modified":"2023-11-30T07:51:54","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T12:51:54","slug":"scotland-proposes-generational-vape-ban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/nl_nl\/scotland-proposes-generational-vape-ban\/","title":{"rendered":"Schotland stelt een generatieverbod op e-sigaretten voor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De Schotse regering heeft aangegeven dat ze overweegt de minimumleeftijd voor de verkoop van e-sigaretten te verhogen, in combinatie met een generatieverbod op roken dat momenteel door de Britse regering wordt besproken.<\/p>\n<p>In het nieuwe kader voor tabak en e-sigaretten, dat donderdag werd gepubliceerd, voegde de regering eraan toe dat zij, op basis van de uitkomst van haar consultatie uit 2022, zal blijven werken aan het verder aanscherpen van de regels voor reclame en promotie van e-sigaretten.<\/p>\n<p>Het kadervoorstel voorziet ook in mogelijke verdere beperkingen op vapenproducten, afhankelijk van de uitkomst van de landelijke raadpleging in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, waaraan de Schotse regering deelneemt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c&quot;De huidige raadpleging in het Verenigd Koninkrijk richt zich momenteel alleen op het verhogen van de minimumleeftijd voor de verkoop van tabak.
