{"id":5094,"date":"2023-10-31T08:23:30","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T12:23:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=5094"},"modified":"2023-11-08T08:25:06","modified_gmt":"2023-11-08T13:25:06","slug":"eu-member-states-express-concern-over-being-excluded-from-the-ecs-negotiations-at-cop10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/nl_nl\/eu-member-states-express-concern-over-being-excluded-from-the-ecs-negotiations-at-cop10\/","title":{"rendered":"EU-lidstaten maken zich zorgen over uitsluiting van onderhandelingen van de EC"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Naar aanleiding van recente rapporten waaruit blijkt dat de Europese Commissie op bedrieglijke wijze probeert haar agenda voor tabaksontmoediging door te drukken, hebben zeven EU-lidstaten hun ernstige bezorgdheid geuit over het feit dat ze zijn uitgesloten van de onderhandelingen die de Commissie wil afronden tijdens de beruchte COP-10.<\/h4>\n<p>Eerder deze maand gaf een gelekt EC-document aan dat de EC probeerde het EU-brede snusverbod uit te breiden naar nicotinezakjes. Dit werd gevolgd door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2023\/10\/19\/is-the-european-commission-playing-dirty-to-push-its-nicotine-pouches-ban-agenda\/\">bewijs<\/a> dat de commissie bedrieglijk te werk gaat door te proberen de parlementaire en publieke controle te omzeilen, dergelijke zaken in het geheim te regelen tijdens de COP-10-conferentie in Panama, en ze vervolgens als een uitgemaakte zaak aan het Europees Parlement voor te leggen.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgarije, Tsjechi\u00eb, Cyprus, Griekenland, Itali\u00eb, Roemeni\u00eb en Slowakije hebben een gezamenlijke verklaring uitgegeven waarin de Commissie de verschuiving van de gebruikelijke consensusbenadering naar het gebruik van <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A12008E218\">Artikel 218 (9) VWEU<\/a>. Dit is zeer verontrustend, omdat het de Commissie een prominente rol geeft in de onderhandelingen in Panama, waardoor individuele landen aan de kant worden geschoven, legden ze uit.
