Wereldkankerdag, die elk jaar op 4 februari wordt gehouden, is een &quot;wereldwijd verbindend initiatief onder leiding van de Union for International Cancer Control&quot;.<\/h4>\n<p>De Internationale Unie voor Kankerbestrijding zegt: \u201c<i>Door wereldwijd bewustzijn te cre\u00ebren, het onderwijs te verbeteren en persoonlijke, collectieve en overheidsactie te stimuleren, werken we allemaal samen aan een wereld waarin miljoenen vermijdbare kankersterfgevallen worden voorkomen en waarin iedereen gelijke toegang heeft tot levensreddende kankerbehandelingen en -zorg \u2013 ongeacht wie je bent of waar je woont.<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De World Vapers&#039; Alliance gaf de volgende reactie:\u2019<i>Tien miljoen mensen sterven jaarlijks aan kanker, en roken is wereldwijd de belangrijkste doodsoorzaak.
