Van volledige verboden tot verhoogde belastingen en nicotinelimieten dit jaar, het lijkt erop dat er meer van hetzelfde zal gebeuren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is al keer op keer bewezen dat het verbod de zaken alleen maar erger maakt. Toch zetten deze staten hun zinnen op meer verbod.,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/filtermag.org\/san-francisco-vape-flavor-ban-teen-smoking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> het negeren van de gegevens<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hieruit blijkt dat deze wetsvoorstellen alleen maar een gevaarlijke en ongereguleerde zwarte markt hebben gecre\u00eberd en dat meer vapers weer zijn gaan roken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New York heeft bijvoorbeeld al een verbod ingesteld op vapen, behalve op alles waarvoor een PMTA is goedgekeurd. Nu willen ze iedereen die wil vapen verplichten een recept van een erkende arts te verkrijgen. Ook willen ze dat het Department of Health van de staat New York &quot;... <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nicotinegehaltes vaststellen voor e-sigaretten en e-liquids waarvan de nicotinesterkte automatisch afneemt en wel met bepaalde tijdsintervallen; fabrikanten verplichten om in de staat e-sigaretten en e-liquidproducten te produceren of te laten verkopen waarvan de nicotinesterkte automatisch afneemt en wel met bepaalde tijdsintervallen zoals bepaald door het DOH.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In plaats van deze opties beschikbaar te stellen bij verantwoorde retailers, zodat ze rokers echt kunnen helpen stoppen, wil New York het nog moeilijker maken om e-sigaretten en e-liquid te verkrijgen. Het invoeren van een vaste afbouwtijd helpt ook niet, want we weten allemaal dat iedereen die gestopt is met roken met een dampproduct, weet dat het afbouwproces varieert afhankelijk van de behoeften van de gebruiker. Iemand dwingen om zijn nicotinegehalte te verlagen voordat hij er klaar voor is, kan ertoe leiden dat hij dubbel gaat gebruiken of helemaal terugvalt in sigaretten. Om nog maar te zwijgen van de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VpgjWjPs1Kc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mislukt receptmodel in Australi\u00eb<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, wat een zwarte markt in stand houdt en het aantal rokers doet toenemen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een staat die in dit artikel niet wordt genoemd, is Oregon, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/olis.oregonlegislature.gov\/liz\/2023R1\/Measures\/Overview\/HB3090?fbclid=IwAR0ucDSscpf5ucuBn7tstofSN8IQ3DjJ0ObtbZtPGbC9kgb5tuLz3KX1wdY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HB-3090<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dringt aan op een smaakverbod voor alle tabaks- of dampwaren. Als dit wetsvoorstel wordt aangenomen, zou het de dampmarkt in Oregon kunnen decimeren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Houd er rekening mee dat wetsvoorstellen als deze, terwijl we deze vijandige omgeving betreden, verworpen kunnen worden.
