Het Khan-rapport werd in opdracht van de Britse minister van Volksgezondheid en Sociale Zorg, de heer Sajid Javid, opgesteld. Een belangrijk onderdeel van het rapport is de steun voor vapen als effectief hulpmiddel om rokers te helpen stoppen.<\/h5>\n<p>Michael Landl, directeur van de wereldwijde belangenorganisatie voor e-sigaretten World Vapers&#039; Alliance, gaf de volgende reactie: <i>\u201cHet is fantastisch dat het Verenigd Koninkrijk vapen blijft steunen als hulpmiddel om te stoppen met roken, ondanks de ongegronde aanvallen in andere delen van de wereld. Vapen is bewezen een van de meest succesvolle methoden te zijn om te stoppen met roken. Het Verenigd Koninkrijk is een baken van hoop voor rokers die willen stoppen, en andere regeringen zouden hun voorbeeld moeten volgen.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Het rapport onderschrijft schadebeperking en stelt dat de \u201c<i>De prioriteit is om mensen zo snel, volledig en permanent mogelijk te helpen stoppen met roken. Dat moet ook de allerbelangrijkste prioriteit voor de volksgezondheid zijn.<\/i>.Daarnaast wil dr.
