Dit is te danken aan een compromis dat door Cyprus is bemiddeld.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>De World Vapers&#039; Alliance gaf de volgende reactie:\u2019<i>Een uitgelekt ontwerp van de herziene tabaksaccijnsrichtlijn (TED) van de Europese Raad laat zien dat de accijnstarieven op e-sigaretten, nicotinezakjes en verhitte tabak iets lager liggen dan in het plan dat de Europese Commissie afgelopen zomer presenteerde, maar dat de algemene boodschap ongewijzigd blijft. De EU wil minder schadelijke alternatieven nog steeds bijna op dezelfde manier behandelen als sigaretten en stelt inkomsten boven de volksgezondheid.<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Michael Landl, de directeur van de organisatie, vertelde aan Planet of the Vapes:\u00a0<i>\u201c&quot;Ze hebben weliswaar een kleine stap teruggezet wat de cijfers betreft, maar de richting is nog steeds volkomen verkeerd.
