Dit werd gevolgd door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2023\/10\/19\/is-the-european-commission-playing-dirty-to-push-its-nicotine-pouches-ban-agenda\/\">bewijs<\/a> dat de commissie zich misleidend gedraagt door te proberen parlementair en publiek toezicht te omzeilen, dergelijke zaken in het geheim af te handelen tijdens de COP-10-conferentie in Panama, en ze vervolgens als een voldongen feit aan het Europees Parlement voor te leggen.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgarije, Tsjechi\u00eb, Cyprus, Griekenland, Itali\u00eb, Roemeni\u00eb en Slowakije hebben een gezamenlijke verklaring uitgebracht waarin zij de verschuiving van de Commissie van de gebruikelijke consensusgerichte aanpak naar een aanpak gebaseerd op consensus benadrukken. <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A12008E218\">Artikel 218 (9) VWEU<\/a>. Dit is zeer zorgwekkend, omdat het de Commissie een prominente rol geeft in de Panama-onderhandelingen, waardoor individuele landen buitenspel worden gezet, legden ze uit.
