Dat heeft het nooit gedaan en dat zal het ook nooit doen. Een verbod op wegwerp-e-sigaretten zal de vraag niet wegnemen, maar deze verschuiven van de gereguleerde markt naar de zwarte markt, met negatieve, onbedoelde gevolgen voor de volksgezondheid tot gevolg.&quot;\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201c&quot;Wegwerp-e-sigaretten kunnen een cruciale tussenstap zijn voor rokers die willen stoppen. Ze bieden een laagdrempelige instap en veel gebruikers stappen uiteindelijk over op open systemen. Het is van essentieel belang voor de volksgezondheid om die overgang van roken naar vapen zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen.&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c&quot;Terwijl sigaretten, waarvan bekend is dat ze extreem schadelijk zijn, nog steeds gemakkelijk verkrijgbaar zijn, is het verbieden van een minder schadelijk alternatief, zoals 95%, volkomen onlogisch.&quot;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hoewel er zorgen zijn over de milieu-impact van wegwerp-e-sigaretten en hun aantrekkelijkheid voor jongeren, kunnen deze problemen worden aangepakt door slimme regelgeving in plaats van een algeheel verbod. &quot;Als wegwerp-e-sigaretten worden verboden, vinden we geen oplossingen voor deze problemen.
