Toch richten deze staten hun blik op een nog verder verbod.,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/filtermag.org\/san-francisco-vape-flavor-ban-teen-smoking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de gegevens negeren<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dat laat zien dat deze wetsvoorstellen alleen maar een gevaarlijke en ongereguleerde zwarte markt hebben gecre\u00eberd en meer vapers ertoe hebben aangezet om weer sigaretten te gaan roken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New York heeft bijvoorbeeld het vapen al verboden, behalve voor producten met een goedgekeurde PMTA-vergunning. Nu willen ze een verbod invoeren voor iedereen die wil vapen, met een recept van een bevoegde arts. Ook willen ze dat het ministerie van Volksgezondheid van de staat New York &quot;om <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het wetsvoorstel stelt nicotinegehaltes vast voor e-sigaretten en e-vloeistoffen, waarbij de nicotineconcentratie automatisch en met bepaalde tussenpozen afneemt; fabrikanten zijn verplicht om e-sigaretten en e-vloeistoffen te produceren of te laten verkopen in de staat, waarbij de nicotineconcentratie automatisch en met bepaalde tussenpozen afneemt, zoals bepaald door het ministerie van Volksgezondheid.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In plaats van deze opties beschikbaar te stellen bij verantwoordelijke winkels, zodat ze rokers echt kunnen helpen stoppen, wil New York het juist nog moeilijker maken om e-sigaretten en e-liquid te verkrijgen.
