Zoals Planet of the Vapes vorige week berichtte, stemde het Zweedse parlement tegen het verbod op vape-smaken. De wetgeving zou onafhankelijk onderzoek hebben genegeerd en de verkoop van alle e-liquids met andere smaken dan tabak hebben verboden.<\/h5>\n<p>Michael Landl, directeur van de belangenorganisatie World Vapers Alliance voor vapers, vierde de overwinning om smaken te behouden: &quot;\u201c<i>Vandaag vieren we een enorme overwinning in onze strijd tegen roken. Smaken spelen een cruciale rol bij het stoppen met roken. Als dit verbod was ingevoerd, zouden 150.000 mensen in Zweden \u2013 bijna de bevolking van Uppsala \u2013 weer zijn gaan roken. Vapers, lokale activisten en het WVA-team hebben fantastisch werk verricht om hun stem te laten horen. We hebben politici eindelijk laten luisteren.<\/i>!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De World Vapers Alliance zegt actief verzet te hebben tegen het verbod op smaakstoffen in Zweden. In maart organiseerde de groep een kunstinstallatie voor het parlement om de stem van Zweedse vapers te laten horen.
