{"id":1556,"date":"2022-06-27T18:07:28","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T22:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=1556"},"modified":"2022-06-28T18:08:36","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T22:08:36","slug":"the-swedish-parliament-votes-against-the-ban-on-vape-flavours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/nl_be\/the-swedish-parliament-votes-against-the-ban-on-vape-flavours\/","title":{"rendered":"Het Zweedse parlement stemt tegen het verbod op smaakstoffen voor e-sigaretten."},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Dampliefhebbers in Zweden zijn blij dat er naar hun mening en zorgen is geluisterd en dat de e-liquidsmaken beschikbaar blijven op de markt.<\/h5>\n<p>Afgelopen februari heeft het Zweedse ministerie van Sociale Zaken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2022\/02\/27\/the-swedish-government-has-just-announced-plans-to-ban-vape-flavours\/\">aangekondigd<\/a> Plannen voor een verbod op smaakstoffen voor e-sigaretten. De aankondiging kwam voor velen als een verrassing, vooral omdat Zweden in 2018 de status van rookvrij land bereikte door het gebruik van een ander nicotinevervangend product toe te staan. Uiteraard protesteerden experts en organisaties die zich bezighouden met tabaksschadebeperking tegen het verbod en benadrukten ze de gevolgen die het zou hebben voor ex-rokers.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Landl, directeur van de World Vapers&#039; Alliance (WVA), betoogde dat als de maatregel van kracht zou worden, de 150.000 voormalige rokers in Zweden die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2021\/12\/09\/eu-tpd-ignores-swedens-successful-strategy-which-led-to-a-smokefree-nation\/\">momenteel aan het vapen in plaats daarvan<\/a>, zouden gedwongen kunnen worden om weer te gaan roken. &quot;Een verbod op smaakstoffen zou duizenden ex-rokers in Zweden kunnen dwingen om de gewoonte weer op te pakken. Onderzoek toont aan dat vapers meer dan twee keer zo vaak stoppen met vapen als ze smaakstoffen gebruiken. Als ze verboden worden, zouden 150.000 vapers \u2013 bijna de hele bevolking van Uppsala \u2013 hun smaakstoffen kwijtraken en mogelijk weer gaan roken. Dit zou een grote tegenslag zijn in de strijd tegen roken en de daaraan gerelateerde ziekten.&quot;\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Hiertoe had de WVA een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2022\/04\/08\/wva-art-installation-message-flavours-matter-flavours-help-smokers-quit\/\">demonstratie<\/a> en gingen de straat op met een reclamebord met de tekst &quot;Smaken doen ertoe&quot;, waarop werd uitgelegd hoe de smaken van e-sigaretten rokers helpen te stoppen met roken.
