In maart 2022 diende de Zweedse regering een wetsvoorstel in om alle smaken voor e-sigaretten te verbieden, behalve tabak en menthol. Indien aangenomen, zou dit leiden tot een verbod op alle smaken in e-sigaretten, met uitzondering van tabak en menthol. <\/span>voorgestelde wet<\/span><\/a> is gepland om begin 2023 in werking te treden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat het aannemen van deze wet een rampzalige vergissing zal zijn, en de wetenschap bewijst dat. Smaken spelen een cruciale rol voor rokers die willen stoppen. Volwassen gebruikers die vapen hebben gebruikt om te stoppen met roken, zeggen dat smaken anders dan tabak een doorslaggevende factor waren om te voorkomen dat ze weer gingen roken. Door gearomatiseerde e-liquids te gebruiken, zijn ze <\/span>230 procent meer kans<\/span><\/a> Het is gemakkelijker om te stoppen met roken dan met tabakssmaakproducten.<\/span><\/p>\n

#FlavoursMatter-demonstratie in Stockholm<\/b><\/h5>\n

In maart 2022 kwam de World Vapers' Alliance (WVA) bijeen in Stockholm om beleidsmakers op te roepen zich te verzetten tegen de verboden op e-sigaretaroma's. De WVA toonde een kunstinstallatie voor het congresgebouw. <\/span>Riksdag<\/span> met een simpele boodschap: "smaken helpen rokers te stoppen".\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Als ze verboden worden, zouden 150.000 vapers \u2013 bijna de hele bevolking van Uppsala \u2013 hun smaakstoffen verliezen en waarschijnlijk terugvallen op het schadelijkere roken.
