{"id":1279,"date":"2021-02-02T06:56:45","date_gmt":"2021-02-02T11:56:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=1279"},"modified":"2022-05-10T08:48:19","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T12:48:19","slug":"record-number-of-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/nl_be\/record-number-of-people\/","title":{"rendered":"Recordaantal mensen spreekt zich uit tegen vapen."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Er bestaat een fascinerende paradox met betrekking tot verkiezingen en politieke participatie in een democratie. Wanneer de overheid goed functioneert, in het belang van de burgers handelt en haar bevoegdheden professioneel uitoefent, raken maar weinig mensen van buiten het politieke spectrum betrokken. De opkomst en het activisme bij verkiezingen zijn laag wanneer politici hun werk goed doen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar het tegenovergestelde geldt wanneer regeringen fouten maken, hun rol verkeerd begrijpen of beleid voorstellen dat niet aansluit bij, of erger nog, indruist tegen het algemeen belang. D\u00e1t zijn de momenten waarop we een hoge opkomst zien, d\u00e1t zijn de momenten waarop mensen reageren en in actie komen.<\/p>\n<p>Ik zie dit als de belangrijkste verklaring voor wat er zojuist in Nederland is gebeurd met de consultatie over het verbieden van smaakstoffen in e-sigaretten. Deze consultatie heeft het grootste aantal reacties ooit opgeleverd in de geschiedenis van consultaties over volksgezondheid in Nederland. Er zijn meer dan 1050 reacties geregistreerd. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.internetconsultatie.nl\/smaakjes\/reageren\">offici\u00eble website<\/a> v\u00f3\u00f3r de sluiting van de consultatie op 2 februari. De consultatieperiode werd met twee weken verlengd nadat enorme druk van burgers de regering deed inzien dat ze dit probleem niet langer onder het tapijt kon vegen.<\/p>\n<p>Het voorstel om het gebruik van gearomatiseerde e-sigaretten in het land te verbieden, riep veel reacties op omdat het een slecht doordachte, ronduit slechte oplossing is voor een niet-bestaand probleem. Ik heb me al uitgebreid over dit onderwerp uitgesproken. <a href=\"https:\/\/wvaold.wpengine.com\/sneaky-consultation-backfires-in-the-netherlands\/\">hier<\/a>, En de WVA heeft samen met onze partners bij het Consumer Choice Center een aantal <a href=\"https:\/\/consumerchoicecenter.org\/why-vape-flavors-matter\/\">Geweldige bronnen over smaken.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Het was onze verantwoordelijkheid als vereniging die vapers wereldwijd vertegenwoordigt om een duidelijk standpunt in te nemen over de voorgestelde regelgeving. U kunt ons consultatieverslag hieronder lezen:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/world-vapers-alliance.squarespace.com\/s\/WVA-Flavour-Consultation-Netherlands-EN-NL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">DOWNLOAD HIER HET ANTWOORD VAN DE WVA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In Nederland vapen 3,11 TP4 TP van de volwassenen. Elk beleid dat een verbod bepleit, met name op smaakstoffen, zal mensen er ongetwijfeld van weerhouden om van roken over te stappen op vapen en zou bijna 260.000 Nederlandse vapers het risico laten lopen om weer te gaan roken. Smaakstoffen zijn essentieel, omdat ze de kans dat een roker overstapt op vapen meer dan verdubbelen. Het wegnemen hiervan zal vapers alleen maar aanmoedigen om weer te gaan roken of rokers ontmoedigen om te stoppen.<\/p>\n<p>Degelijk wetenschappelijk bewijs ondersteunt onze gegevens, en bovendien is maar liefst 98% het, op basis van alle ingediende consultatiereacties, ermee eens dat het verbod een verschrikkelijk voorstel is en moet worden ingetrokken.<\/p>\n<p>Dank aan iedereen die zijn of haar mening heeft gegeven tijdens deze consultatie.
