In base a questa logica &quot;meno danno, meno tasse&quot;, le sigarette combustibili dovrebbero essere soggette al carico fiscale pi\u00f9 elevato, mentre le alternative a minor rischio non dovrebbero essere tassate allo stesso livello.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u201c&quot;Questo \u00e8 un messaggio chiaro dall&#039;interno dell&#039;UE: le tasse devono riflettere le differenze di danno. La Commissione e il Consiglio dovrebbero prenderne atto e cambiare direzione: smettere di tassare tutti i prodotti a base di nicotina allo stesso modo e passare a un sistema realmente basato sul rischio&quot;.\u201d<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha affermato Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Policy Manager della World Vapers Alliance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentre il CESE sostiene un approccio proporzionato e basato sul rischio, il Consiglio sta attualmente spingendo per aumentare drasticamente i livelli minimi di accisa sui liquidi per sigarette elettroniche, un aumento di 50% rispetto all\u2019ultimo testo di compromesso, come riportato da <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/clearingtheair.eu\/en\/post\/exclusive-eu-puts-huge-vape-tax-increase-back-on-the-table\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purificare l&#039;aria<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
