Andris Gobi\u0146\u0161, membro lettone del CESE, ha scelto proprio alla fine di un lungo processo di eliminazione di 24 emendamenti che avrebbero privato la bozza di qualsiasi realismo economico e di riduzione del danno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tempistica solleva una domanda critica: si tratta di una vera e propria epifania tardiva o di una strategia coordinata per aggirare un dibattito significativo?<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Sfidare l&#039;80% di una bozza senza &quot;sapere nulla&quot;\u201c<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;aspetto pi\u00f9 sorprendente dell&#039;intervento di Gobi\u0146\u0161 \u00e8 la contraddizione nella sua posizione. Gobi\u0146\u0161 avrebbe affermato di avere scarse conoscenze specialistiche in complesse questioni fiscali e di riduzione del danno. Al contrario, comporterebbero un aumento dei prezzi per tutti i prodotti, ignorando gli allarmi sul commercio illecito in forte crescita in regioni come la Lettonia, semplicemente rimandando alle &quot;linee guida chiare&quot; della Commissione europea. Si tratta di una manovra burocratica che ignora un incendio crescente perch\u00e9 il manuale dice che tutto va bene.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Una strategia per deragliare?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perch\u00e9 aspettare fino all&#039;ultima sessione per apportare modifiche cos\u00ec radicali? Nella politica dell&#039;UE, questo &quot;abbandono dell&#039;ultimo minuto&quot; \u00e8 una tattica classica per impedire alle parti interessate di avere il tempo di analizzare o sollevare obiezioni. Quando queste 24 proposte sono state presentate, la finestra per una discussione equilibrata si era di fatto chiusa (la votazione si terr\u00e0 oggi, 18 febbraio).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa manovra assomiglia sospettosamente a un &quot;Piano B&quot;. Per mesi, la Commissione europea e le ONG alleate hanno tentato di far deragliare il processo democratico attaccando la voce dei cittadini. Un&#039;indagine di <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/clearingtheair.eu\/en\/post\/investigation-how-a-mysterious-ngo-is-smearing-ordinary-people-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purificare l&#039;aria<\/span><\/i> <\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha recentemente rivelato come una ONG finanziata da Bloomberg chiamata Impact Unfiltered abbia lavorato per diffamare 18.000 proposte di consultazione definendole &quot;false&quot; o &quot;controllate dal tabacco&quot;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quel tentativo fall\u00ec quando l&#039;analisi dei dati dimostr\u00f2 che i contributi provenivano da persone reali, svapatori europei, utilizzatori di sigarette elettroniche e cittadini, piuttosto che da bot del settore. Non essendo riusciti a screditare <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pubblico<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dall&#039;esterno, sembra che gli alleati ideologici della Commissione stiano ora cercando di radicalizzare la bozza dall&#039;interno di altre istituzioni dell&#039;UE attraverso membri come Gobi\u0146\u0161.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Conclusione<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebbene l&#039;attuale bozza sia gi\u00e0 profondamente imperfetta, gli emendamenti Gobi\u0146\u0161 la peggiorerebbero significativamente, reintroducendo misure che non sono gi\u00e0 riuscite a ottenere il sostegno del Consiglio.
