Sostengono inoltre che il divieto \u00e8 incompatibile con il rispetto della libert\u00e0 individuale degli adulti argentini e con i diritti al libero sviluppo della personalit\u00e0, all&#039;informazione e alla salute di consumatori e fumatori.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Juan Facundo Teme, presidente dell&#039;associazione argentina degli svapatori Asovape Argentina, ha commentato:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><em>\u201cIl divieto viola i diritti e le libert\u00e0 degli adulti argentini e dovrebbe essere abrogato. <\/em><\/strong><em>Non spetta allo Stato dire agli argentini come consumare la nicotina e dovrebbe rispettare le decisioni di chi sceglie di svapare per consumarla in modo meno dannoso. Diffonde l&#039;idea sbagliata che svapare sia la stessa cosa o peggio del fumo, rende difficile per milioni di fumatori passare a un&#039;alternativa pi\u00f9 sicura e ha spinto migliaia di svapatori a tornare al tabacco.
