Un gruppo di difesa globale per i diritti dei vapers, la World Vapers' Alliance (WVA), ha presentato un un piano in 7 fasi<\/u><\/a> affinch\u00e9 il governo portoghese combatta il consumo di tabacco.<\/p>\n

Poich\u00e9 l'imminente aggiornamento della direttiva UE sui prodotti del tabacco e l'attuazione del piano portoghese per la riduzione del cancro (ENLCC) sono destinati a determinare la strategia per combattere il consumo di tabacco in Portogallo, la WVA, insieme ai suoi partner portoghesi Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Vaporizadores (APORVAP) e Ohms do Vapor, ha presentato una serie di raccomandazioni ai decisori politici per promuovere la riduzione del danno come parte della strategia del Portogallo per ridurre il cancro.<\/p>\n

Il piano in 7 fasi include le seguenti raccomandazioni:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Il chiaro impegno del Portogallo nei confronti del concetto di riduzione del danno derivante dal tabacco.<\/li>\n
  2. Promuovere lo svapo come strumento per smettere di fumare.<\/li>\n
  3. Escludere lo svapo dalle restrizioni relative alle aree senza fumo.<\/li>\n
  4. Astenersi dall'imporre tasse pi\u00f9 elevate sui prodotti per lo svapo e ridurre quanto prima possibile la tassazione eccessiva sui liquidi per sigarette elettroniche.<\/li>\n
  5. Rifiutare i divieti sugli aromi e non limitare la scelta dei livelli di nicotina nei liquidi per svapare.<\/li>\n
  6. Mantenere lo svapo accessibile agli adulti, applicando al contempo limiti di et\u00e0 per impedirne l'uso tra gli adolescenti.<\/li>\n
  7. Promuovere la riduzione dei danni causati dal tabacco nelle istituzioni e nelle legislazioni dell'UE.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
