Luned\u00ec 8 novembre la Commissione speciale del Parlamento europeo sulla lotta contro il cancro si \u00e8 riunita per discutere gli emendamenti alla bozza di relazione del relatore.<\/h5>\n

La Commissione speciale del Parlamento europeo sulla lotta contro il cancro (BECA<\/a>) \u00e8 stata istituita nel settembre 2020 ed \u00e8 composta da 63 deputati al Parlamento europeo, 33 membri effettivi e 30 supplenti. L'obiettivo della commissione \u00e8 esaminare le azioni che l'UE pu\u00f2 intraprendere per affrontare il cancro, proponendo azioni in ogni fase chiave della malattia: prevenzione, diagnosi, trattamento, vita da sopravvissuto al cancro e cure palliative.<\/p>\n

Il 3 febbraio 2021 la Commissione ha pubblicato Il piano europeo per combattere il cancro<\/a> con consultazioni<\/a> sulla Roadmap dal 4 febbraio al 3 marzo 2020 e sul Report dal 4 febbraio al 21 maggio 2020.<\/p>\n

IL bozza di rapporto<\/a> Il documento "Beating Cancer" \u00e8 stato finalmente pubblicato il 25 giugno e, con grande costernazione degli esperti di riduzione del danno da tabacco, non ha riconosciuto il potenziale dello svapo nella lotta contro il cancro indotto dal fumo. All'epoca, il direttore della World Vapers Association (WVA), Michael Landl, ha sottolineato che il documento rappresenta un miglioramento rispetto alla bozza della Commissione Europea, che lascia la porta aperta a divieti sugli aromi e tasse pi\u00f9 elevate, ma ignorando il potenziale dei prodotti per lo svapo, non coglie comunque nel segno.<\/p>\n
