Cependant, d&#039;autres recommandations, au titre des \u2018\u00a0mesures prospectives\u00a0\u2019, semblent poser probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Ces mesures visent \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9glementation des produits nicotin\u00e9s. Elles pr\u00e9voient notamment des restrictions sur les ar\u00f4mes et des hausses de taxes. Ce paquet de mesures semble diviser les \u00c9tats membres de l&#039;UE, certains pays r\u00e9fractaires \u00e0 un durcissement de la r\u00e9glementation refusant d&#039;adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 l&#039;ensemble du programme.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Landl, directeur de la World Vapers&#039; Alliance, a comment\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c Certains \u00c9tats membres refusent de c\u00e9der sur les \u2018 mesures d\u2019avenir \u2019 car ils savent que ces politiques imposeraient des restrictions encore plus importantes au choix des consommateurs et aux produits l\u00e9gitimes. Ces pays r\u00e9sistent fermement aux pressions visant \u00e0 adopter des mesures qui manquent de proportionnalit\u00e9 et de fondement.
