Le Alliance mondiale des vapoteurs<\/a> (WVA) a publi\u00e9 le r\u00e9sultats<\/a> d'un sondage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par un institut de sondage ind\u00e9pendant Dynata.<\/a> L\u2019enqu\u00eate confirme l\u2019importance du vapotage comme outil de r\u00e9duction des risques et explique comment l\u2019interdiction des ar\u00f4mes pourrait compromettre son efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Principales conclusions
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 92,1% des vapoteurs espagnols \u00e9taient des fumeurs avant de passer au vapotage.<\/p>\n

\u2013 87% des vapoteurs pensent que les ar\u00f4mes les aident \u00e0 rester loin du tabac ou \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur consommation de tabac.<\/p>\n

\u2013 92% des vapoteurs utilisent des ar\u00f4mes autres que le tabac.<\/p>\n

Le vapotage comme outil de r\u00e9duction des risques<\/strong><\/p>\n

L'enqu\u00eate, men\u00e9e par l'institut de sondage ind\u00e9pendant Dynata, a interrog\u00e9 585 vapoteurs espagnols et a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que\u00a0:<\/p>\n

\u2013 50.4% a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 vapoter pour fumer moins<\/p>\n

\u2013 23.9% a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 vapoter pour arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement de fumer.<\/p>\n

\u2013 39.8% a cit\u00e9 l'utilisation de la nicotine d'une mani\u00e8re moins nocive comme motivation<\/p>\n

Efficacit\u00e9 des ar\u00f4mes
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 67% d'anciens fumeurs affirment que les ar\u00f4mes ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur consommation de cigarettes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 14% affirme que les ar\u00f4mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 essentiels pour arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement de fumer.<\/p>\n

Cons\u00e9quences potentielles d'une interdiction des ar\u00f4mes
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si les ar\u00f4mes \u00e9taient interdits\u00a0:<\/p>\n

\u2013 3 r\u00e9pondants sur 4 affirment que cela affecterait leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s'abstenir de consommer du tabac<\/p>\n

\u2013 La moiti\u00e9 recommencerait \u00e0 fumer, se procurerait des produits aromatis\u00e9s au march\u00e9 noir ou les importerait.<\/p>\n

Alberto Gomez Hernandez, responsable des politiques de WVA, a comment\u00e9\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c Les preuves montrent que le vapotage aide les fumeurs \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ou \u00e0 arr\u00eater de fumer. \u00bb<\/em>g, chose que d'autres m\u00e9thodes n'ont pas permis d'obtenir avec le m\u00eame impact.<\/em>Au lieu de restreindre l'acc\u00e8s, les autorit\u00e9s devraient promouvoir le vapotage dans le cadre d'une strat\u00e9gie de sant\u00e9 publique ax\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9duction des risques.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Les ar\u00f4mes sont un outil crucial pour les fumeurs adultes qui cherchent \u00e0 arr\u00eater de fumer.<\/em><\/strong>. Supprimer les ar\u00f4mes rendrait plus difficile pour des milliers de vapoteurs espagnols de se d\u00e9tourner des cigarettes et pour des millions de fumeurs d'arr\u00eater de fumer \u00e0 l'avenir. \u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
