Il est pourtant \u00e9vident que les alternatives nicotiniques plus s\u00fbres, comme le vapotage ou les sachets de nicotine, sont nettement moins nocives que le tabac et contribuent efficacement au sevrage tabagique. Les ministres de la Sant\u00e9 de l&#039;UE ont cette semaine une occasion cruciale de plaider en faveur d&#039;une r\u00e9glementation raisonnable qui pourrait \u00e9viter 700\u00a0000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s \u00e9vitables chaque ann\u00e9e dus au tabagisme. Le plan \u201d\u00a0Vaincre le cancer\u00a0\u00bb reconna\u00eet que le vapotage peut aider les fumeurs \u00e0 arr\u00eater. Les responsables politiques doivent agir en cons\u00e9quence. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Landl a soulign\u00e9 le tournant potentiel que pourrait repr\u00e9senter cette r\u00e9union, <em>\u201c Cette r\u00e9union devrait marquer le d\u00e9but d&#039;une transition vers un avenir sans tabac au sein de l&#039;UE. Les ministres de la Sant\u00e9 devraient s&#039;inspirer de la Su\u00e8de, qui est sur le point de devenir le premier pays sans tabac au monde, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;adoption d&#039;alternatives plus s\u00fbres et moins nocives.
