Le gouvernement est en train de transposer l&#039;acte d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de l&#039;UE relatif \u00e0 la directive sur les produits du tabac dans la l\u00e9gislation nationale relative aux produits du tabac chauff\u00e9, y compris plusieurs dispositions sur le vapotage qui ne faisaient pas partie de l&#039;acte d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 initial.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Ces mesures repr\u00e9sentent un pas en arri\u00e8re dans l&#039;adoption d&#039;une approche ouverte et fond\u00e9e sur des preuves concernant les produits alternatifs \u00e0 base de nicotine et d\u00e9courageront les fumeurs de passer \u00e0 cette alternative plus s\u00fbre, poussant de nombreux vapoteurs \u00e0 revenir au tabagisme, d\u00e9clare la World Vapers&#039; Alliance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le projet de loi n\u00b0 88\/XV vise \u00e0 \u00e9tendre les restrictions des zones sans fum\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation de produits de vapotage - interdisant de fait le vapotage dans les espaces ext\u00e9rieurs tels que les terrasses des bars et des restaurants - et \u00e0 restreindre la vente de produits de vapotage en interdisant les ventes en ligne.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Community Manager de la World Vapers&#039; Alliance, a comment\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em><strong>Au lieu de rendre plus difficile l\u2019acc\u00e8s des fumeurs \u00e0 des produits \u00e0 base de nicotine plus s\u00fbrs, le Portugal devrait suivre l\u2019exemple des pays qui r\u00e9ussissent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les taux de tabagisme en encourageant les fumeurs \u00e0 changer de produit.<\/strong> comme au Royaume-Uni et en Su\u00e8de. L&#039;interdiction de la vente en ligne de produits de vapotage laisse le tabagisme comme seule option pour ceux qui n&#039;ont pas d&#039;autres points de vente de produits \u00e0 base de nicotine \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/em>&quot;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La loi introduit l&#039;interdiction de la vente en ligne de cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques comme mesure visant \u00e0 rendre plus difficile l&#039;acc\u00e8s des mineurs \u00e0 ces produits.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00ab<em>Le gouvernement portugais devrait plut\u00f4t se concentrer sur la pr\u00e9vention de l&#039;acc\u00e8s des mineurs aux produits tout en les gardant disponibles pour les fumeurs adultes.
