L'Alliance mondiale des vapoteurs (WVA), une association mondiale de d\u00e9fense des consommateurs de produits de vapotage, est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9occup\u00e9e par le projet de loi du gouvernement hongrois.\u00a0d\u00e9cret<\/a>\u00a0qui vise \u00e0 modifier la r\u00e9glementation actuelle relative aux sachets de nicotine et au vapotage.<\/p>\n

Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de presse diffus\u00e9 par courriel, le projet de r\u00e9glementation, s'il \u00e9tait adopt\u00e9, introduirait des restrictions susceptibles d'entraver l'acc\u00e8s des fumeurs \u00e0 des alternatives plus s\u00fbres et aux options de r\u00e9duction des risques.<\/p>\n

Michael Landl, directeur de la World Vapers' Alliance, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u2019 S'il est important de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9tiquetage appropri\u00e9 des produits nicotin\u00e9s, il est tout aussi crucial d'\u00e9viter une r\u00e9glementation excessive qui pourrait entraver la disponibilit\u00e9 de produits de r\u00e9duction des risques pour les fumeurs cherchant \u00e0 abandonner les cigarettes combustibles. \u201c<\/p>\n

Les amendements propos\u00e9s, avec une teneur maximale en nicotine de 17 mg par unit\u00e9 de consommation, refl\u00e8tent une approche qui pourrait involontairement limiter l'attrait des sachets de nicotine pour les fumeurs \u00e0 la recherche d'alternatives.<\/p>\n
