Son entr\u00e9e en vigueur est pr\u00e9vue dans les jours suivants.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles cons\u00e9quences cela aura-t-il pour les vapoteurs \u00e0 Hong Kong\u00a0? La mesure concerne des produits tels que les cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques, le tabac chauff\u00e9 et les cigarettes \u00e0 base de plantes. La nouvelle loi interdira l\u2019importation, la fabrication et la vente de ces produits, ainsi que leur distribution, leur possession et leur promotion.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de loi a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/caphraorg.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/pdfs\/hong-kong-letter-revised.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">oppos\u00e9\u00a0<\/a>Des d\u00e9fenseurs de la r\u00e9duction des risques appellent les l\u00e9gislateurs de Hong Kong \u00e0 envisager une r\u00e9glementation raisonnable plut\u00f4t qu&#039;une interdiction des alternatives plus s\u00fbres.<\/p>\n<p>Danny Wang, le dirigeant de Vape Taiwan, organisation partenaire de WVA, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c<em>Malheureusement, le gouvernement de Hong Kong a annonc\u00e9 l&#039;interdiction des produits de r\u00e9duction des risques li\u00e9s au tabac. En revanche, la FDA am\u00e9ricaine a approuv\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re autorisation PMTA pour un produit de vapotage et la Cour mexicaine a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l&#039;interdiction de ces produits inconstitutionnelle le 20 octobre.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le vapotage peut\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/fr_be\/from-smoking-to-vaping\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">sauver 200 millions de vies dans le monde entier<\/a>.
