Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0: \u2019\u00a0Beaucoup trop d&#039;adultes qui souhaitent arr\u00eater de fumer n&#039;y parviennent pas. La cigarette \u00e9lectronique constitue le premier outil novateur destin\u00e9 \u00e0 les aider depuis des d\u00e9cennies.
